PRE-VISIT ASSESSMENT
Our process starts before arrival. You’ll complete a Pre-Visit Assessment, (this is different than the information given for a quote) giving you the opportunity to highlight key concerns, focus areas, or recent changes you’d like us to evaluate. SILENT STAY
Throughout our visit, we meticulously document every aspect of the guest experience, from check-in procedures and room conditions to amenity quality and overall service. Our evaluation covers all touchpoints, and we complete each stay just like any regular guest—whether solo, as a couple, with family, or even with a pet (when permitted by the hotel). This diversity allows us to assess how well your property accommodates different types of travelers, ensuring a well-rounded, accurate review.
